Estate In charge:

Qualification

Candidate should be BE/B.Tech. in civil engineering with at least 5 years experience in building construction/ campus development/ maintenance in major projects or in Institutions of repute.
Proficiency in English and knowledge of computers is expected.

Salary & Contract Tenure – (consolidated remuneration will be decided based on the scale of pay – 15600-39100, GP 5400) Commensurate with qualification and experience. Position is on fixed term contract on consolidated package.

Project Manager:

Qualification

Candidates should be a B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil with at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager or similar position.

Salary & Contract Tenure – (consolidated remuneration will be decided based on the scale of pay – 15600-39100, GP 6600) Commensurate with qualification and experience. Position is on fixed term contract on consolidated package.

Electrical Engineer:

Qualification

Candidates should be a B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Salary & Contract Tenure – (consolidated remuneration will be decided based on the scale of pay – 15600-39100, GP 5400) Commensurate with qualification and experience. Position is on fixed term contract on consolidated package.

Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical):

Qualification

Candidates should have diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering.

Salary & Contract Tenure – (consolidated remuneration will be decided based on the scale of pay – 9300-34800, GP 4200) Commensurate with qualification and experience. Position is on fixed term contract on consolidated package.
