    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with proficiency in English and should be able to manage Secretarial duties independently and should also have typing speed of 40 words per minute with Stenography speed of 100 wpm and working knowledge of computer applications.

Selection Procedure: Written test
Service Agreement bond: All the candidates selected for appointment will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- for serving at least 3 (three) years in JSEB to be submitted in the prescribed format at the time of joining.
Application Fee : Application fee of Rs. 750/- is applicable for all categories except SC/ST of Jharkhand domicile for whom it is Rs.500/- Candidates have to obtain requisite Demand Draft prior to applying online. Application fees are acceptable only in the form of crossed demand draft in favour of "National Power Training Institute" Payable at Faridabad. The validity of bank draft must be at least six months from the date of issue of this advertisement. The applicant must write his name, online auto generated application number and address on the back on Bank Draft. The application fee is non refundable. Before submission of application candidate must ensure that Bank draft is correct in all respect.

The applicants are to apply only through on-line on the website of NPTI at www.npti.in OR on the website of JSEB at www.Jharkhand.gov.in . After filling up the ON-LINE application candidates have to take print out of the same. Print out of the application along with copies of certificates of Age, Qualification, Caste, PH and the Demand draft as specified on website should be sent through registered post/ speed post to: The principal Director (CP), National Power Training Institute, NPTI Complex, Sector-33, Faridabad – 121003 (Haryana) so as to reach on or before 20.01.2011.
