Central University of Jharkhand ( CUJ ) was started on 1st March 2009. It is a non-affiliating university which focuses on research in cutting-edge technologies. CUJ’s mandate is to create a world class infrastructure for higher education in the state and in the country.

Applications are invited by CUJ for the following non faculty positions :

1. Assistant Registrar No. of posts : 1
   Pay scale : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP of Rs. 5400/-
   Qualification : Candidate should posses Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale and candidates with experience of working in an Educational/University system with special emphasis for those working in the Central University will be preferred.
2. Section Officer No. of posts : 2
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP of Rs. 4200/-
   Age limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with minimum 10 years of experience in Administrative/Account works in Government/autonomous organization.
3. Assistant No. of posts : 1
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP of Rs. 4200/-
   Age limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with minimum 5 years of Experience as Upper Divisional Clerk in Government/ Autonomous Organization.
4. Personal assistant No. of posts : 1
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP of Rs. 4200/-
   Age limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with proficiency in English and should be able to manage Secretarial duties independently and should also have typing speed of 40 words per minute with Stenography speed of 100 wpm and working knowledge of computer applications.
5. Junior Professional Assistant No. of posts : 1
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP of Rs. 2800/-
   Age limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of B. Lib.Science or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Diploma in Library Science.

Application fees : DD of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of “Central University of Jharkhand” on any nationalized bank payable at Ranchi.
