General Central Service,Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted/Non-Ministerial.
Scale of Pay: Rs.9300-34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Eligibility Conditions: By Transfer on deputation. Officers from the Central Governments/State Governments/High Courts and Sub-ordinate Courts and possessing the qualification and experience as under:
a(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
(ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and
b. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Masters Degree of a recognised university in Hindi,English with English,Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level; or Master’s degree of a recognised university in any subject to other than Hindi/English with Hindi/English medium and English/Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level.
