(1) Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations OR Master’s degree in Business Administration/Social Works with specialisation in Human Resources Management from a recognised university or equivalent.
(2) Five year’s experience in labour matters/labour welfare schemes in Government Departments/Statutory Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Limited Companies.
Desirable:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute in shorthand (English).
Transcripion: 65 minutes (English) on Manual Typewriter or 50 minutes on Computer.
