This was a big state  and for state government authority of recruitment  was given to the same at 16 august 1949 establishment  of Rajasthan public service commission (RPSC), Ajmer came into light. At that period it was two member commission and  was chair man. Sir S.K Gosh was the first chairman. He was  also chief justice of Rajasthan. In 1951, A regulation was passed under the provision of Indian constitution.
