Ministry of Labour & Employment Recruits Graduates (Engineering/Technology) candidates in 2010, Delhi
Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-
Assistant Director
No. of Posts: 01
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs.5400/- Grade Pay (Revised) Rs.8,000-13,500 (pre-revised).
Officers of the Central Givernments/State Governments:-
(a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
(ii) With 03 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34,800/- + Rs.4200/- or equivalent or
(iii) With 06 years regular service in post in the scale of pay Rs.9300-34,800/- + Rs.4200/-
Essential Qualification and Experience:
(i) Degree in Engineering/Technology of a recognised University or equivalent; or
(ii) Diploma in Engineering/Technology of a recognised Board of Technical Education or equivalent in field/disciplnes where degree qualifications are not awarded; or
(iii) Post-Graduate Degree or Post-Grduate Diploma in Commerce or Psychology.
Experience:
(i) 02 years experience in Industry/Teaching in case of Engineering/Technology degree holders and Post Graduate degree holders subsequent to acquiring the prescribed qualifications.
(ii) 03 years experience in Industry/Teaching in case of Post Graduate Diploma holders subsequent to acquiring the prescribed qualifications.
(iii) 04 years experience in Industry/Teaching in case of Engineering/technology/Diploma holders subsequent to acquiring the prescribed qualifications.
