Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Chennai has advertised for filling up 83 posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor Gr-II. Those who wants to apply against these posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor in Tamil Nadu they need to apply either online from TNPSC Website or in prescribed OMR Application which can be obtained from the post offices in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

• Assistant Public Prosecutor  Gr.II : 83 posts
• Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay – Rs.5400/-
• Age :  below 34 years as on 01/07/2011.

Selection by a written test and interview for selected candidates. Syllabus of the exam will be available on TNPSC website.

Last Date for Online Application : 13 March 2011

Last date for Submitting Application form : 15-03-2011 (15th March 2011) on 5.45 p.m.

EXAMINATION FEE:- Rs.125/- (Rupees One Hundred and twenty five only) Examination fees should be paid only through any one of the post offices listed in Annexure III of Information Brochure. Candidates (other than those who apply Online) should inform their OMR application Number to the Counter Clerk of the Post Office for obtaining the Postal Receipt. (For further details refer para  under part –III of Information Brochure and for Examination fee concessions, refer para of the ‘Instructions, etc. to candidates’).

HOW TO APPLY : Filled in applications on OMR forms (available at the posts offices in Tamil Nadu/ Pudducherry on payment of Rs.30/-) (Also available at the TNPSC website) must be sent to the Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, No. 1 Greams Road, Commercial Taxes Annexe Building, Chennai – 600006 by Registered Post / Speed Post well in advance so as to reach the Commission’s Office before 5.45 p.m. on 15-03-2011 (15th March 2011).
