Applications are invited on the web based Interface for applying online, from the eligible and desirous citizens of India, for admission to the H.P. Judicial Service (HPJS) Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2011 for appointment to the following vacancies of Civil Judges,

1. Civil Judges, (Junior Division) : 12 Posts

• Pay Scale : Rs.27,700-44,770/-
• Qualification : a) As on first of March, 2011, a candidate must be holder of degree in Law as recognized by the Bar Council of India. b) A candidate must be a citizen of India.
• : 22 years but must not be more than 30 years as on 01.03.2011

Last Date for receipt of application : 01.03.2011

Application Fee : Application on the specimen form duly completed should be accompanied by examination fee of Rs. 250/- (Rs.63/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories of Himachal Pradesh only), through Bank Draft payable in any branch of a Bank at Shimla to the Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission, Shimla-171002.
