RCUES-Community Organisers for GHMC- December 2010

The Regional Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies (RCUES), Osmania University, Hyderabad is inviting applications for the recruitment of Community Organisers for GHMC for the implementation of urban poverty alleviation programmes under SJSRY. RCUES is functioning under the aegis of Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India in the areas of urban affairs, independent studies, evaluation of government policies at Central and State levels. Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 5000 per month (PG and Degree Holders) and Rs. 4000 per month (Others).. Selection will be based on interviews to be conducted from 28th December to 30th December 2010.

Vacancies: 50; Eligibility: Applicants should be Post Graduate in Social Work / Sociology OR Graduate with sociology or Social work or Degree in Home science + 2 years experience in social work OR SSC pass with 5 years of work experience in any reputed NGO / Urban Local Body. Age should be below 35 years as on 31-07-2010.
